PRESENT CONTINOUS TENSE FORM FOR FUTURE

When we have a fixed plan for the future we use the present continuous. Usually there is a date or a time in the sentence, or the date or time is understood.
       – What are you doing this evening?
-          I am going to a concert.

             - When is she arriving?
-          She is coming on Wednes

               - Where is he staying tonight?
-          He is not staying here.
